# Qualify, Route, and Book Without Leaving Outreach

Integrations

## **The 90 seconds you cannot get back**

An SDR is on a cold call. She qualifies the prospect, hears real interest, and knows exactly what needs to happen next: get time on the calendar with the right AE, right now, while the prospect is still engaged.

So she leaves Outreach. She opens Salesforce, finds the record, works out account ownership, and launches the handoff from there. It takes maybe ninety seconds. Sometimes the prospect waits. Often the moment passes, and the call ends with “I’ll send over some times.”

That email has its own friction. Sending real availability meant opening a browser extension, generating slots, and pasting them in. Enough steps that plenty of reps skip it and write “let me know what works for you,” which turns one message into a four email negotiation, or into nothing at all.

None of this shows up in a pipeline review as a problem. It shows up as meetings that were never booked.

## **What we built**

Today we are announcing that [LeanData BookIt](https://www.leandata.com/platform/scheduling/)
 is natively integrated with Outreach.

Two things now happen inside Outreach that used to happen somewhere else.

**Reps launch BookIt Handoff from the Outreach prospect record.** Mid call, a rep opens BookIt right where she is already working. LeanData applies the routing rules your team already configured, finds the right AE, books the meeting, and writes it back to Salesforce with attribution intact. No Salesforce tab. No guessing at account ownership.

**Reps insert BookIt Invite availability directly into the Outreach email composer.** Real time slots, drawn from live calendars, dropped into the email the rep is already writing. The prospect picks a time and the meeting routes and books itself.

The integration installs from the Outreach Marketplace and uses the official Outreach SDK. There is no Chrome extension to deploy and manage. For teams already using BookIt, existing handoff and routing settings apply automatically, so rollout does not mean rebuilding your [routing logic](https://www.leandata.com/blog/10-lead-routing-plays-leandata/)
.

## **Why native matters**

Plenty of tools can put a scheduling link in an email. The harder question is what happens after someone clicks it.

If scheduling sits outside your routing layer, meetings get booked with the wrong owner, attribution breaks, and your reporting stops matching reality. RevOps ends up reconciling calendars against opportunity records, which is nobody’s idea of a good quarter.

BookIt inside Outreach keeps scheduling under the same rules as everything else in your GTM motion. The same routing logic that decides which rep owns a lead decides who takes the meeting. The same audit trail that explains a routing decision explains a booking decision. Reps get speed, and the systems team keeps governance.

That is the principle behind LeanData’s approach to [Intelligent GTM Orchestration](https://www.leandata.com/resources/intelligent-go-to-market-orchestration/)
. Signals arrive from everywhere now, from forms, intent platforms, AI SDRs, and reps themselves. What separates a working revenue engine from a noisy one is whether every one of those signals reliably triggers the right action, every time, in a way you can see and audit. A booked meeting is one of the most valuable actions in that chain, and it should not be the one that falls outside the system.

## Better together

> “Customers get the most value when the tools they rely on every day work together seamlessly. As AI agents take on more of the revenue motion – qualifying, engaging, and coordinating the right actions to keep deals moving forward — the accuracy of that handoff matters more than ever. With this integration, LeanData makes sure every routed lead and booked meeting lands with the right owner in Outreach, so sellers spend their time closing deals rather than moving between systems.”

This builds on work our teams have done together for years. LeanData already routes qualified leads directly into Outreach sequences, so records reach the right rep in the right sequence within minutes of being created. Adding scheduling closes the loop, taking the motion from the first signal all the way to a meeting on the calendar.

## **What to do next**

**If you already use BookIt and Outreach:** Find [LeanData in the Outreach Marketplace](https://marketplace.outreach.io/apps/leandata-bookit-prod?store=public)
and install it. Your existing handoff and routing settings carry over.

**If you are new to BookIt:**[Request a demo](https://www.leandata.com/demo)
, and we will show you what routed scheduling looks like inside your own outbound motion.
