# GTM Connected: AI-Powered Event Lead Management

AI GTMOperationsWebinar

GTM Connected: AI-Powered Event Lead Management is the second session in LeanData’s webinar series on real-world GTM use cases. It covers event lead management before, during, and after a show, from pre-event list matching to AI-drafted follow-up. It’s built for marketing, sales, and RevOps teams running trade shows who want fewer leads lost after the booth.

### **What You Will Learn**

- Match a pre-event attendee list to Salesforce records with List Analyzer to flag customers, prospects, and account owners before a show starts
- Book a meeting from the booth in real time, with the rep and account owner on the same invite, using a pre-built BookIt link
- Read unstructured booth notes with the AI Inference Node to classify intent and route the lead to the right person
- Draft a personalized follow-up email automatically from a booth note and stamp it to the record for rep review
- Check live meeting counts for an event through natural language, without building a Salesforce report first

### **Why This Matters**

Event budgets are a fixed, upfront cost, and the return depends on what happens after a badge is scanned. A booth conversation loses value the moment context gets stuck in a spreadsheet waiting for someone to upload it. Routing decides who should own a lead; scheduling and follow-up decide whether that lead ever turns into a meeting. Closing that gap means treating an event like any other GTM motion. Signals get captured, matched, and acted on inside the CRM while the conversation is still fresh.

### **Use Cases**

- A rep books a meeting with a prospect at the booth, on the spot, using a [BookIt link](https://www.leandata.com/platform/scheduling/bookit-links/) preloaded with show hours and booth details
- An ops team runs a pre-event attendee list through [List Analyzer](https://support.leandata.com/s/article/MatchingListAnalyzerOverview6901fef04b038) to see which contacts are already customers, prospects, or named accounts
- A booth note about a champion change gets routed to the account’s CSM with full context before the next meeting
- An [AI Inference Node](https://support.leandata.com/s/article/Orchestration-AI-Inference-Node) reads a booth note and drafts a follow-up email tied to what the prospect actually said
- A marketing team checks how many meetings are booked at an ongoing event without pulling a Salesforce report using the [BookIt MCP](https://support.leandata.com/s/article/Scheduling-BookIt-MCP)

Alright. Hello, everyone. Thanks, so. much for joining us.
 Sarah Kublanow
We’ll give it a couple minutes or maybe a minute before we get started. But, while people are filing in, if you want to share where you’re joining us from in the chat, it’s always fun for us to see where people are joining from.
I’m joining from Denver, Colorado. Temecula, love it.
 Katie Dunlop
 No. All over the country.
 Sarah Kublanow
Alright. Give it a couple more seconds here while we let some people file in.
But if you’re just joining us, share where you’re joining us from in the chat, while we’re waiting. Alright.
Minneapolis joining us. San Francisco Bay Area, like most of us. Most of our lean native folks, at least.
Alright. Let’s go ahead and jump in. So, welcome, everyone, to GTM Connected.
Thanks so much for joining us. So, this is session two of our GTM Connected webinar series.
If you joined us for our AISDR session back in, June, thank you so much. If you’re if you’re new here, this is our, series where we are going deep on LeanData use cases across the revenue lifecycle.
So this topic today is AI powered event lead management. It is event season for us and a lot of our customers, and this is one of the areas where we think LeanData solves a lot of things you may not already know us for.
So really excited to, walk through those today. A couple of quick housekeeping items before we jump in.
If you have a question at any point, please just drop it in the chat. We will either answer it there or take the time at the end to answer it.
We do have some time set aside for Q and A. And then, as always, you will get a recording of this webinar in your inbox, I think tomorrow.
But, yeah. So, don’t worry about if you have to drop early or taking notes or anything. You will get the recording in your inbox.
And as for our agenda, here’s how we’ll spend our time today. So we’ll start with some context on how LeanData fits across the entire revenue life cycle.
So just level setting on on who we are at LeanData. Then we’ll get into the meat of today’s topic on events.
So why those event leads go cold, what it’s costing you, how LeanData closes that gap. We’ll walk through a live demo, share a sneak peek at something new we’re building, and then open it up for Q and A.
So we have a lot to cover here today. Starting with, introducing ourselves.
So my name is Sarah Cablano. I’m on the product marketing team here at LeanData.
I’ve just been here for a couple months. So I’m very excited to be joined by two of my colleagues who have been at LeanData for much longer.
Katie, do you want to go ahead and introduce yourself?
 Katie Dunlop
 Yeah. Hello, everyone.
My name is Katie Dunlop. I am on the customer marketing team here at LeanData. And I’m here today because I help support our events and trade show motion.
And I use LeanData to make a lot of that happen and to make a lot of that easier. So I’m hoping to share some of those strategies that we use internally, and I’m gonna pass it over to John.
 John Gomez
Hi. I’m John Gomez, solutions consultant here at LeanData. Just almost about to be two years.
And Katie is the one that sends me to trade shows all the time to, to demo the product. So if you need a demo, let me know.
 Sarah Kublanow
Awesome. Thank you both. So excited to have you both here to talk about events. As we we dive in, we’d love for, everyone to share in the chat some of your big pain points of events.
So we’re gonna go through how LeanData solves for a lot of these today. But, if, you know, the biggest pains for you are before the event and knowing who’s who, making sure you’re capturing leads and booking meetings during the event, or the follow-up after, would love to hear people in the chat kind of share.
Or maybe it’s all four of those things. So, would love to hear in the chat maybe what your biggest pain points are, and we can make sure that we dive in there.
Special routing per event, definitely something KD can probably speak to today. Coordinating follow-up.
Yeah, making sure the team. actually follows up.
 Yeah.
 Katie Dunlop
 Yeah. All of the above.
 Sarah Kublanow
Awesome. Well, really excited to jump into these.
Please feel free to keep sharing and engaging while we’re going through. So I know we have a mix of both LeanData customers and non customers here.
So just for a quick minute, I want to level set on who we are at LeanData and the problems we’re solving. So LeanData actually sits across your entire revenue life cycle.
So from the first inbound lead all all the way through renewal and expansion. We describe ourselves, and our customers actually use this term, the connective tissue, because we’re not, just replacing one tool in the stack.
We’re actually the orchestration layer that makes all of them work together. And, what that actually looks like, is shown here on the slide.
So on the left hand side of this visual is all the signals that are flowing in your go to market motion. This can be AI agents or new and proliferating signals, intent data enrichment, champion changes, you know, customer health signals, anything like that.
Then LeanData sits in the middle doing the matching, the routing, the scheduling, the workflow automation. And then on the right hand side, LeanData actually orchestrates those actions, those deterministic actions that make sure the right thing happens at the right time.
So the right rep gets notified, the meeting gets booked, the sequence gets triggered, the upsell opportunity gets created. Those are just a few examples.
So, we do this across your entire stack, not just one slice of it. If you are a customer, you may have seen this slide before.
This is what we’re calling our LeanData Solution Framework map, But, it’s a map of every use case or maybe not every use case, but most use cases we see our customers running across the four stages of the revenue lifecycle, acquisition, adoption, retention, and expansion. So most people know that know us for that, acquisition side, so lead routing, ABM, inbound management.
But, the map goes so much further. Our customers are doing so much more with LeanData, which really is the point of this series.
So this is helping our customers today benchmark kind of where they stand and how they can get more value out of LeanData. And it’s an impetus for this GTM Connected webinar series.
So we’ll be going over these use cases during this, series. We’re on session two, as I mentioned at the top.
So, we covered AgenTic SDRs last time, and today we’re going to be covering Event Lead Management. So, lots to cover in the future, but let’s go ahead and get into our Event Lead Management.
So what is at stake here? You pay or time kills deals.
So, sorry, I was going to my next slide in my notes, but a, so really what’s happening here is your team has great booth conversations. I have had this experience myself.
You’re having conversations with the right people that you paid a lot to get in the room with. They have real interest and you scan that badge and then that person walks away and the clock starts working against you.
Context disappears. So, that’s one of the first things that happens. So, you or your rep, whoever’s at that booth has a 100 conversations that day.
They do their best to write notes, if you’re lucky, when they scan that badge. And then by the time the meeting happens, that context has kind of disappeared.
And then follow-up can be really slow. So I know someone mentioned this in the chat or a couple of people as one of the biggest pain points.
So you get that spreadsheet from the event, organizers with your leads. Sometimes you get it like same day, but maybe you’re waiting days for it, then you’ve got to scrub it, load it, route it, and then actually get the team to follow-up.
So by then, that lead has probably forgotten the conversation. They’ve gone home, and moved on.
And then follow-up can be really generic. So, a lot of times, those great conversations just get dropped into the same nurture as everyone else that says, Thanks for stopping by our booth.
So, how can we make that more customized and make sure that we’re really capitalizing on what happens at the event? And the stakes here are pretty high.
So, imagine you and your competitors are all going to the same events. This hot lead stops by your booth, and then they move right on to the competitors.
So, if we’re not using, you know, really advanced speed to lead plays, when we think about events, our competitors are very likely to kind of win that deal. So that’s what we want to talk about here is how we can make sure to beat out those competitors by capitalizing on event leads.
And it’s a really big cost. So events are expensive.
I don’t think that’s a surprise to anyone here. Forrester recently cited that 16% of marketing budgets are allocated to in person events, and that’s a growing number.
So that’s just one line item on the marketing budget and it’s a big one. So you’re paying for like the booth, the travel, you know, all of that is fixed cost and it’s high.
So we want to make sure that we’re maximizing that ROI. And as we go across the slide here, you know, you have your badges scanned.
So, you have maybe hundreds or thousands of badges scanned. You have those leads, some unstructured nodes.
The funnel is narrowing, and then even fewer are going to get a meeting booked. So it’s really a fraction of what walked up to the booth.
So the whole goal today is to help you get that meeting booked bar to be much closer to the badges scanned bar. And we’re going to talk about how LeanData can help you do that in some interesting and creative ways.
So, how LeanData closes the gap. So, LeanData is going to orchestrate across the full event cycle.
I think traditionally, you might think of us just in the after phase, like what happens when we upload those leads into into our CRM after after the event. But there’s actually a lot we can do before and during the event.
So we think that, we’re using that connective tissue term here, but we can be a connective tissue across every stage of the event so that we’re turning that momentum into pipeline. Before the event, you can plan the motion, walk in knowing who’s who, during, book the right meeting, before the hot lead ever leaves the booth with context preserved.
And then after, make sure that every booth note actually becomes customized follow-up. So talking about before first.
So we want to know we want to be prepared for events, of course. So we want to know who’s there.
Are they customers or prospects? And if we know who’s there, we can actually make sure we have better meetings at the event. So there’s a couple of things that LeanData does here that I think are you might not know about, and Katie is going to share a little bit more.
But the first one is the List Analyzer. So this is a little known tool in LeanData that can help us take those disorganized pre event spreadsheets and identify, you know, our high priority customers and prospects.
And then once we know who they are, we can actually use our scheduling solution to, pre stage availability and make sure we have those really great meetings at the event. So, Katie’s been doing this with LeanData, so I’m going to let her talk a little bit more about that.
 Katie Dunlop
Yeah. Awesome. Thank you. I again, I think the before the event phase is something that people tend to overlook.
But there are two things that we like to do to prepare for an event to make sure that we are making the most of our time there, and we use LeanData to do that. So, again, as Sarah mentioned, list analyzer.
First thing before we go to event, we wanna know who’s gonna be there so we know how to spend our time and we know how to strategize. I think a lot of teams are flying blind when you just show up to an event and you’re sort of guessing as to who’s gonna be there.
You’re hoping that that, hot ABM account is gonna be there. But if you don’t know, you might be wasting your time at the event and not, strategizing as much as you could be.
So usually, you get a list of attendees or maybe if it’s even just like a list of companies from the event organizer before the event. And a lot of times, I know a marketing team will just put that in a spreadsheet, hand it over to sales, and say, here are the attendees for the event, but it lacks a lot of actionable context that lives in your CRM.
So, for example, you get that list from a trade show. It’s not gonna tell you what percent of the attendees are prospects versus customers.
It’s not gonna surface those target ABM accounts to you. And, again, that’s where list analyzer comes in.
So this is a feature that lets you provide a CSV of records into this tool and main data, and then it will return to you a CSV of that same data, but it has all of the matching record information appended to it from your Salesforce, and you can pull in whatever information you want from Salesforce. So, for example, you might have a list of contacts that lack the context that lives in Salesforce, and you can go into list analyzer.
You can ask, it to return to you things like, does this record exist already in Salesforce? Because sometimes it doesn’t.
And if it does exist, is this a prospect account? Is this a customer account?
Is this a partner account Who owns the account? And that way, you have all of this information living in this spreadsheet now that makes it much easier for your sales team to actually action upon it.
So I highly recommend list analyzer. Again, I think it’s a feature a lot of people don’t know about, but I highly recommend checking it out.
And then the second thing is once we get that list into the hands of our sales team with all of that information, then the question is, okay. What do we do with this list?
And a lot of times, the answer to that question is I want you to secure meetings with any of the relevant contacts on this list. But I don’t wanna make the sales team do a lot of legwork here.
If they were to manually schedule these meetings, that would probably look like a lot of back and forth emails with the prospect and then having to figure out where to meet, coordinating that all manually, recording the meeting in a spreadsheet so marketing knows how many meetings we have booked. And it’s a lot of work for both the salesperson who’s booking the meeting and for the marketing team to try to figure out, you know, how many meetings we have booked.
And that’s where BookIt links come in. So as an admin, I can actually create a BookIt link for my team to use to secure meetings at the event, and it’s prebuilt with all of the information that they might need to make booking really seamless for both the prospect and for the sales team.
So it’ll have all that information like the show opening hours that only I as the marketing person know, our booth number. Sales team doesn’t have to hunt that down.
I just build these curated event specific links for them to use in their outreach, and that makes meeting booking really easy and seamless for them. And then from a marketing perspective, that also makes reporting really easy.
So instead of having to go to all of the the team that’s going to the show and saying, how many meetings do you have booked? Who are you meeting with?
And having them record it in a spreadsheet. I can just see all of that in Salesforce as long as it’s booked through BookIt.
And then the other cool thing is with our BookIt MCP, now I don’t even have to make a Salesforce report to show all of those meetings. I can just go into Claude and say, hey, Claude.
Forrester’s coming up in a few weeks. How many meetings do we have booked?
And it can tell me exactly who we’re meeting with, who’s booked the most meetings. It makes it really easy and seamless.
 Sarah Kublanow
Awesome. Thanks, Katie. Yeah. We have a list analyzer fan in the in the audience today, so I’m glad we’re sharing this with with everyone.
And I had a customer story on the last slide that I forgot to mention, but Qualified, one of our customers, has been using it. And they cited that it, saved like five hours per event.
So there’s a lot of time that goes into the prep that we can cut down on and, really excited to hopefully let some people try it out after this. So let’s go to during the event now.
So this is really, something that is we’ve been talking about a lot here at LeanData because it has been making our lives, a lot easier ourselves. So it is about making sure we capture those hot leads before they walk away.
So you can actually try this here on this slide if you, scan the QR code. But, we use our scheduling product to make sure that anyone that stops by our booth, they don’t wait for that follow-up.
They actually book that meeting if they’re really interested right then and there with the person that they’ve been talking to as well as their actual account owner. So, I want to actually pass it to Katie and John to share their experience with doing this at LeanData events because we’ve been doing it, all year, actually.
 Katie Dunlop
Yeah. I mean, I I just wanna say, like, the importance of being able to capitalize on that momentum that you have after that great booth conversation is so important. The more time that passes between that conversation at the booth and the follow-up, the less likely you are to be able to secure that follow-up meeting and turn that conversation into pipeline.
And I can share a story actually. Ashley Ward who runs our customer marketing team here at LeanData.
A few months ago, she was actually at a trade show. She had a great conversation at the booth with, a vendor, and it was something where she was like, I need this product right now.
Like, I’m ready to buy this. Here’s my credit card.
Take my money. I wanna buy this. When can we talk next?
And when they scanned her badge, she said, I am a hot lead. Please mark me as a hot lead.
I wanna follow-up immediately. So they said, alright. We’re gonna mark you as a hot lead.
And then Monday came around. She was waiting for a follow-up because she really wanted to continue that conversation, and nothing happened. She didn’t get a follow-up.
She kept waiting. And, eventually, she forgot about the the vendor entirely. She forgot what that conversation was about, and she moved on with her life.
And then thirty days later, I think, the vendor finally reached out and said, hey. Let’s continue that conversation that we were having at, the trade show.
And by then, obviously, you know, it’s too late. She’s already forgotten about that and what made that conversation so great.
So being able to book that meeting and secure that follow-up right there on the spot is so important. If they had been able to secure that meeting with her right then and there, we would probably be a customer.
But, you know, time killed that deal. And from a marketing perspective, it’s it’s so nice to be able to see those meetings flow in as the event is happening.
I know if you’re in marketing a lot of times, you’ll you’ll relate to this. Leadership will ask, well, how is the event going?
Like, how how is it? Are we are we doing well?
And a lot of times, you’ll just be able to say, well, I think we’re we’re scanning a lot of badges and we gave away a lot of swag at the at the booth. And, you know, we have 15 hot leads so far and we’ll follow-up with them on Monday.
But it is so much better to be able to say it’s going great. We’re giving away a lot of swag, and we have 15 meetings booked with our hot leads already for after the event.
So it’s just really nice to be able to see that, instead of hoping that those great conversations translate into pipeline after the fact. And then, again, going back to that book at MCP, I really just wanna plug this here because it is so amazing.
Being able to just go into Claude and say, Forrester’s happening right now. How many meetings have we secured after the event, already?
It can just tell you that all that information, readily available so I don’t have to go in and and hunt through a report to try and find all that information. So I can answer those questions really quickly about how the event is going and say, we already have a bunch of meetings booked and on the calendar.
So that’s it’s a game changer to be able to book that meeting immediately.
 John Gomez
Right. And I have one more on the customer side.
I was recently at Forrester b two b summit in Phoenix a couple months back. That’s one of our premier events that we actually go to.
And it turned at the booth, there was a prospect that, came from a account that was actually a customer. Turns out the original point of contact in that account had left, and the whole new team was taking over the lean data project.
The old way of, trade shows, I scanned the badge. I frantically ping my CSM on Slack saying like, hey.
You should probably talk to this person right now. And you just hope that that gets picked up.
Right? But instead, they scan the QR code or they they, book the meeting right there and then, for the following week with all the context from a conversation attached. So when the CSM walks into that meeting that I introduced them to, they already knew the new team, the conversations that we had, the project handoff, what we originally built with the p, initial point of contact, and what has changed since.
So there’s no lag, no reexplain explaining. And that’s not even a new lead per se, but that’s a champion change or transfer that, I was able to catch at the boot.
 So really powerful tool here.
 Sarah Kublanow
Yeah. I think the big win here is not just for us as the the marketers or or the ops people.
It’s also for the customers because they get, like, they have that context preserved. So they’re getting a much better experience when they have John who had that conversation with them come on to that next meeting and bring all that context that they’ve already shared.
It really shows that we value their time, and we wanna give them the best experience. So I just love that it’s also a win win.
And that part about the book at MCP, I think a lot of us are really excited about because a lot of us wanna be able to report on on, on events as they’re going. You know, like, we have our our execs are saying, these events are expensive.
Like, I wanna know today. How did the event go today?
And if we with Claude, we don’t have to, you know, go back and forth looking at Salesforce reports like Katie said. We can report right away to, to say, you know, how many meetings did we book today?
And we can just have that ROI already ready for for our execs. So, really excited about about this.
So keeping it going to after the event, and then we’ll get into our demo just here in a second. So this is something newer to LeanData that, I’m really excited about.
I know our team is really excited about. So, we’ve always obviously routed your leads, right?
So you probably think after the event, Lead Data is just going to route my leads to the right people. That’s great.
That’s awesome. We obviously love leads routed to the right people. But there’s another part of this that does get lost, and that’s those booth nodes.
And so our new AI Inference Node can actually help apply AI reasoning. And I think events are one of the strongest use cases for this.
So, for example, if we have all these unstructured Booth Nodes that maybe, you know, say what type of lead this was, what their intent was, how interested they are, someone normally has to sift through those. Maybe you can, you know, use Excel or, you know, try to use Claude to sift through them and organize it into a spreadsheet before you upload it.
That’s still a lot of work. So the AI Inference Node just goes right into your Flow Builder graph and can read those that unstructured data and kind of apply reasoning, however you need it to.
So, for example, this is just an example flow. This isn’t how you would have to set it up.
But first thing you could do is set up an AI Inference Node to read the booth note on each captured field. So if it says, you know, if it says, Love the demo evaluating Q3.
Want to loop in their RevOps lead. Then we could classify that lead.
So based on what they said, we could classify their intent, their timeline. Then we would, of course, route it to the right rep.
That’s what we’ve always done. And then we could also use AI Inference Node to draft some personalized outreach for the rep. So, we could read that booth conversation note and then, draft that email, stamp it on the record, and, of course, notify the rep in Slack with an AI customized message that tells them what happened and what email they should send.
So, we’re really excited to show this in our demo today because I think it’s something that people probably haven’t seen out of LeanData before. And with that, I will, move forward to the demo.
So, John’s going to show you the pieces we just talked about with the QR code and inference nodes. So, you’ll see how the meeting gets booked with the right person and the follow-up gets drafted.
So, I’ll go ahead and stop sharing real quick so John can take over.
 John Gomez
 K. Thank you very much.
Can everybody see my demo screen here?
 Katie Dunlop
 Yes.
 John Gomez
 Yes. Okay.
So let me go into this form. Okay.
So let me set this up. We spent the last two sessions on getting leads to the right rep fast.
Right? But today, what I’m showing you is what usually falls apart and your go to market motion sometimes are just trade shows. Here’s the pattern that you always know.
You work a booth for three days. You scan a 100 badges.
Someone exports the list. Most likely, it’s marketing, cleans it up, maybe uploads it on the Thursday the following week. And by that time the rep or AE actually reaches out, the prospect talked to the nine or 10, their different vendors that they, went through throughout the trade show and just forgot, your conversation entirely.
And the worst part about it is that that good stuff that’s supposed to be there in the notes really usually gets lost. Sometimes when I write down booth notes, that are useful, like what the prospect actually cared about, that note usually never hits the Salesforce instant or sits in a description field that nobody reads.
So what we’re gonna go through is take a scan, route it, have a personalized follow-up draft sitting in Slack before the prospect walks to even the next booth in general. So the QR code or the BookIt links, for example, starts at the booth.
The prospect fills out that, booth, and it lands, fills out that form, and it lands here. They will be able to pick a time, and answer these type of questions here.
Name, email, company, very standard. But I wanna show you, this particular field is what do they like at the booth.
That’s the whole trick is one question, and it’s the difference between a follow-up that says great meeting you at the booth versus, something that the prospect actually remembers saying or wants to see. And nobody logs into Salesforce at that current moment, and nobody is typing out a laptop at the booth.
Scan, pick a time like it mentions here. Right?
They can pick a the prospect can pick a time, and it lands as a campaign member on the event, campaign with the meeting already booked. So let’s go into what that graph essentially is gonna look like.
So all that data is coming from a QR badge scan where, as Sarah mentioned, there’s gonna be an AI inference node that will take that data and make it normalized or, put in the right notes and the right follow-up, update custom stamp records that you can set up, account match it to either a, named account. Or if it’s a brand new account, you can do an s a round robin to SDRs and even create accounts.
And my objective for this is to get it into an outreach sequence and then Slack the the new owner. So let’s go into what an AI inference node is going to do.
Alright. So this is when I describe an AI inference node, it’s fairly simple, but it’s a big deal in practice. Right?
It lets you drop the prompt in the middle of a routing graph, feed it fields off the, off the record, and store whatever comes back as variables for you to use downstream in your graph. Right?
So here’s the prompt. Read everything captured from this, prospect’s QR badge. Some of things that I wanna highlight are some of the trigger campaigns or variables that marketing is listening to.
And then my objective is draft a short personalized email. And when I mentioned you can do custom outputs, you can do custom outputs.
For example, here, I have an outreach email, and the data type is text. And I want it to return an email body of plain text, give you two to three short paragraphs of what we can help them fix based on their title, right, and also proofread.
So let me test it out because I have an upcoming trade show that I’m going to. Trade show is gonna be Dreamforce.
Let’s say Tyler Ray is going to be that prospect. Their title is rev ops manager.
Don’t mind my spelling. I’m sorry. They work for OpenAI, for example.
Right? And I saw a demo on BookIt, and routing would like to know more and then get results. So as this buffer, we the example I’m using is drafting an email, but there’s other use cases that you can use, that you can, implement an AI note.
Anywhere, if you got messy data, unstructured data in a writing graph, this node can read it and hand you something clean back. You can standardize job titles and personas.
You can normalize country and, state values so your territory rules actually fire fire. You can pull real product interest out of free text.
For example, tell us what you need field, and then you can actually catch junk form fills and then so they never hit a rep per se. So those are those are endless amount of examples.
I can give you more if you’d like to, if you’d like to learn. But here and it and what I put here works.
The outreach email says, hey, Tyler. Thanks for stopping by the booth at Dreamforce.
I know you have an interest in booking a demo, especially regarding routing. It was great to connect with you.
I gave him some our book is solution. It’s designed to streamline how leads are assigned, gives him the title of what we can specifically help with here, and then you’d be able to stamp that on the record going forward here.
Right? And then at the end of it, what you tend to do is you can automate emails, automate tasks, putting into Outreach and notifying them on Slack, all in one go without you having to do anything manual. So very powerful tool here.
I love demoing it. And if you guys wanna learn more, just let me know. Thank
 Sarah Kublanow
Thanks, John. We got lots of engagement in the chat, so I know we’ll have plenty of.
questions in the Q and A, but, really cool to see. Awesome.
So, I also want to give a quick preview into something that we are working on right now that, obviously, we have heard that this is, a big priority for our customers. They love doing this with trade shows, but, we wanted to build something more native and built for purpose in our scheduling tool, BookIt.
So really excited to share a sneak peek of what’s coming in our next release, which is coming towards the end of August, is, what we’re calling scheduling for trade shows. So Katie talked at the top about that event window scheduling, use case and doing and doing all that prep for the event.
And while it’s pretty easy to do in LeanData today, we wanted to make it even easier, even more built for purpose. And so that’s what this is about.
So it’s really about helping our helping our customers maximize their ROI. So what you’ll be able to do, you can see, like, a little GIF of the of some mock ups here, but, you’ll be able to set up a roster for your event.
So who’s gonna be there that needs to be scheduling events? You can also that’ll so that’ll connect to their calendars.
You can also, set up locations. So if you have your booth, you have one meeting space, two meeting spaces, whatever it is, you’ll be able to set those up and they will book like calendars.
So I think someone asked, how can you make sure that your meeting space doesn’t get double booked? This will make that very easy because each meeting space will have essentially a calendar that it’s getting cross referenced with the availability of those who are booking.
So, you know, it’s going to help maximize ROI on Events by making sure that every space is, you know, booked and busy throughout the event. You don’t have to, you know, manage a spreadsheet and your reps to do that.
They can, just schedule using, special links and get everything pre booked so you can capture every lead from your events. So, super excited to be, previewing this today.
And like I said, it’s going to be ready for fall event season. So, coming out towards the end of August is the goal.
Obviously, timelines are always subject to change, but really, this should be coming out soon in our next release. So that wraps up our content on events.
Before we get to the Q and A, we have about ten minutes left. So wanted to highlight, our event, OP Stars.
So, if you didn’t already know, Op Stars is taking place this fall. So, this we’ll be applying all of this stuff in person, of course, on our end at Op Stars.
But, usually, we do Op Stars at the same time as Dreamforce. This time, we’re stepping out on our own and doing it a few weeks later and in a new venue, the InterContinental in San Francisco.
So we have a really great lineup of speakers that are being announced in just a few days, but from companies like Atlassian, Glean, and a bunch more. So really excited to have all those RevOps leaders and our community back together for two days.
This QR code will take you to register for Opstars. So please do so.
And then for our customers here, as a reminder, submit for the OPSTARS Awards so you can get recognized for all the incredible work that you’ve been doing over the last year. These are the categories, and you can also do that on the OPSTARS website as well.
So let’s get back to our event topic with our Q and A because I know there was a lot of questions. So, and, John, I think a lot of this will come to you.
 So, one question
 John Gomez
 want
 Sarah Kublanow
 Oh, go ahead.
 John Gomez
yeah. I wanted to answer Peyton’s question on would we just need to we need booking links instead of reps’ outward links.
Correct. So the reason it isn’t just brand preference, a rep’s personal booking link, on the right, rep’s calendar is, full stop. It doesn’t create the record, with the boot note on it.
So there’s nothing on the graph to read and nothing on the AI node, for it to form. So it’s all been working within your, your, main data, portal.
So, is the routing just built on the separate node? No.
Justin, for the routing, just build on a separate node and path is current contact router. I it you can you can build, on a lead graph, contact graph, anything like that.
So you don’t have to worry about that. And then how does it work if the lead scanner at the event is through a different vendor?
So, exact exactly. So if you had a I’m asked answering Emily’s questions in the chat here. So if you had a lead scanner and they’re just more warmer leads, you essentially can have those, come in through that, lead scanner.
For this particular workflow, it’s for hot leads that want a demo, right now or want to be able to follow-up with, for a demo after the event. So these are more for, like, warmest leads, being able to work them as quickly as possible.
And then for the lead scanner, those are, more like, like, follow-up leads per se. And, you can have different campaign links for for those as well.
 So
 Sarah Kublanow
And you could set it up if you uploaded, like, your leads with those notes. Depending on how you set it up, you could do a similar flow.
with the AI Inference Node. Right, John? Just the one you showed was based on, like, them filling out a form from us.
Yeah. And then Jeff wanted more examples. This is when you’re talking about the AI Inference Node.
So maybe some more examples of what the AI Inference Node can do.
 John Gomez
Yeah. So, I gave a couple.
You can classify based on how you set up your go to market motions for your, name accounts. You can classify if it’s a commercial account, enterprise account.
You can separate it if by languages you can you can route to someone if they’re French, German. You know, some headquarters are at different areas.
You can ICPs, if it needs to go to an SDR or an AE, what they’re actually interested in, you can there’s a lot with the AI inference nodes that you can do, and it’s an endless amount. You can use it, just how you use your LLMs.
You can you can use it as a tool to really get to know who the lead or contact is and get to know who account is as well. So
 Katie Dunlop
Yeah. Really, any just sort of unstructured data, that is what the AI inference node is really good at reading.
Things that aren’t necessarily black and white. Like like John said, if it’s a different language, things like that.
That’s what the AI inference node really excels at doing, is is taking that unstructured data and normalizing it so we can make routing decisions off of it.
 Sarah Kublanow
 Awesome. Thank you both.
If anyone has any final questions, feel free to drop them into the chat. We do have a couple minutes, at least.
But if I don’t see any pop in, then we’ll just go ahead and wrap up here. So, I will share this link afterwards, but we do have a LeanData for Events ops playbook, that definitely recommend.
Also, if you’re interested, maybe you don’t have scheduling, a lot of these things we talked about involve our scheduling product, BookIt. So definitely set up a demo with with our team, if you’re interested in in learning more.
But thank you all so much for joining and for your engagement. It was really cool to see such an engaged group, and good luck with event season.
 Yeah. Thanks, everyone.
 Katie Dunlop
 Thanks, everyone.
