## Meet Run

### Fix

Run picks up the requests your team already fields, proposes the fix in line with your policies, and closes them out with your approval.

### Find

Run checks your CRM and finds issues before they get raised in your next forecast call, ranked by what each one is costing you.

### Define

Run keeps your data dictionary, policies, and business context central and current, so humans and agents work from the same facts.

## **The Ops queue finally shrinks, so your team can stop firefighting and get back to building**

- Run intercepts the flood of issues from your Ops ticketing system
- It proposes the resolution in line with your documented policies
- Over time it recognizes patterns and earns the right to stop asking for approval, so you can let it run

## **Run is already looking, so you can find out what’s breaking before anyone has to flag an issue**

- It checks your CRM data, trends, and policies to proactively find problems
- Ranks every finding by records affected and pipeline at risk, so you always know where to start
- Run proposes a fix, works through it with you, and shows you what else it would touch before you decide

## **Ground every action in your business context, so Ops can run with clarity and control**

- Data dictionary and operating policies stay current as the business changes
- Run starts from what you’ve written down and drafts the rest based on the work it’s doing, always waiting for your approval before anything gets codified
- Before a change runs, you see what it touches, from upstream inputs to downstream workflows

## What GTM Ops is up against

> “Seventeen hundred tickets in three months, and that’s record assignment alone. That’s a full-time job for somebody on my team. Every hour we spend there is an hour we don’t spend on the thing that would stop the tickets coming back.”
>
> Senior Manager
>
> GTM Engineering and Systems at an Enterprise FinTech Company

> “We find out one of two ways. Somebody complains, or we go and verify it by hand. We can’t do that weekly, so we get to it maybe twice a year. Everything that breaks in between is running until somebody notices.”
>
> Nicole Peinado
>
> Revenue Technology Manager @ Uber

> “We have rules of engagement written down, and we break them every week. What bothers me isn’t the breaking. It’s that we have no way to count it. Nobody can tell me how many rules are being broken right now, or which ones.”

> Kaushik Patel

## Frequently asked questions

### What is Run by LeanData?

The agentic solution for GTM Ops. It resolves the requests your team already fields, finds issues before anyone reports them, and keeps your data dictionary and policies current.

### Is it one agent or many?

One product, one interface. Specialized agents sit inside it, each narrow and good at its job.

### Who is it for?

GTM Ops teams on Salesforce, including RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, CS Ops, GTM admins, and GTM engineers.

### Do we need LeanData Orchestration?

No. Run runs standalone, so a company with no LeanData today can use it. If you already use Orchestration, Run reads your routing graphs for context and can trace the root cause of routing issues.

### Where does it get its rules?

Start with what you have. Upload the policies you’ve already written down, and Run drafts the rest from your recent ticket history and, for LeanData customers, your routing graphs. Nothing gets updated until you approve it.

### Is it a managed package inside Salesforce?

No. It’s a cloud product that connects to your CRM and pulls or references data as needed.

### When can we get it?

Early access sign-ups open now. The first customers are admitted in December 2026.
