When an SDR is working a lead or contact in Salesforce, they can click a button in Salesforce to pull up the appropriate rep’s calendar to schedule a follow up meeting. The ChowNow sales team also uses Handoff to schedule follow-up meetings instantly for themselves while they are on the phone, rather than sending a follow up email with a scheduling link. This ensures that follow-up meetings are booked on the spot entirely within Salesforce.
