LeanData Product Feature Updates You Don’t Want to Miss

January 2025 Product Feature Updates

Looking to expand your use of the LeanData platform and maximize ROI?

You’re in the right place.

LeanData’s January 2025 release introduces new features and enhancements that are tailor-made to simplify your workflows and solve new challenges.

Here’s a quick breakdown of the most impactful updates.

Make-Your-Life-Easier Enhancements for Routing and Orchestration

Routing Snippets

Routing Snippets are pre-built graph components that help users streamline common use cases without starting a FlowBuilder graph from scratch. Similar to LeanData Routing Templates, Routing Snippets are smaller subsections of nodes. New snippets can be added to an existing graph or used when building out a new graph.

Routing Preview

Want to debug and test your graph as you build?

Routing Preview helps admins test records instantly in the graph editor without deploying the graph itself. Select any existing record ID, run it through Routing Preview. This feature produces an audit log of the nodes and trigger conditions impacting the record, previewing the path and outcome of its journey through the graph.

Routing Preview is available for both BookIt and Orchestration

Reprocess Audit Logs

Reprocess Audit Logs is a new feature that allows admins to re-route records that may have resulted in an error, directly from audit logs. This ensures mishandled records are processed correctly with the latest logic.

Date-Time Inputs for Data Tables

Using the Data Tables feature, users can now map the data table values to a date or time field in order to make decisions, update other fields, or assign people based on a date or time criteria.

This feature simplifies graphs with dynamic or static date criteria, leading to fewer decision nodes and cleaner workflows.

New Integrations and Collaboration Tools

BambooHR Integration

The new LeanData-BambooHR integration makes it possible to sync out-of-office data directly from BambooHR into LeanData. This prevents assigning leads and cases to unavailable reps. Plus, once the out-of-office data transfers to LeanData, admins still have the option to override routing without altering BambooHR records.

Interactive Slack Alerts: NotifyPlus Enhancements

LeanData’s NotifyPlus feature allows users to create Slack notifications with customizable action buttons. Then, users can update Salesforce records directly from Slack, creating less back-and-forth between platforms.

In addition, with NotifyPlus, users can automate the creation of specific Slack channels from the FlowBuilder graph. For example, one common use case is the automated creation of deal rooms

When a new opportunity is created in Salesforce, LeanData can create a deal room in Slack for that opportunity and automatically add the relevant people to the deal room. Then, once the deal closes, users can set up conditions in NotifyPlus to archive the deal room.

New Features for LeanData BookIt

Weighted Pools for Count-Based Distribution

LeanData’s BookIt for Forms includes weighted distribution functionality. Now, this feature is available in count-based pools

For example, high performers can receive more meetings, while new reps can be assigned lighter workloads during onboarding. Further, equitable distribution can be controlled through an automated calibration setting managed by the LeanData admin.

Separate Working Hours

When it comes to working hours, some employees, especially in sales, like to block off portions of their day for internal meetings and administrative work. This preserves other time blocks for demos with prospects and customer meetings.

LeanData admins can now enable sales reps to set separate working hours for lead routing distribution and their individual BookIt meeting link availability. This new functionality ensures that reps have distinct schedules for receiving routed leads and booking meetings, eliminating the need for admins to configure custom working hours for each individual.

Web Form Setup Tool

Implementing BookIt for Forms has gotten even easier with LeanData’s new web form setup tool. Now, users can input requirements into the setup tool and receive the corresponding snippet as well as setup instructions to get started FASTER.

This eliminates the need for extra meetings with the LeanData implementation team or reading through Help Center guides.

BookIt for Forms supports forms from Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, Eloqua, Gravity Forms, Typeform and Unbounce. View platform-specific guides here

Administrative Enhancements for BookIt Links

Bulk Managed Links: LeanData admins now have the ability to create a parent link for many users at one time. When assigned to a user, a child link will be created for that user.

Links Library: Standard users, like sales reps are now able to view all the different links created by users in your organization. Then, users can copy links and add them to their personal links page for easy access.

Dynamic Links: Meeting links that will assign a meeting host based on dynamic parameters entered in the URL.

Single-Use Links: Meeting links that expire after one booking to prevent repeated use.
