2021: Raheel Alam, Showpad
Showpad was losing high-fit leads due to a 30-minute delay in syncing Marketo and Salesforce, leading to slow rep follow-up and a poor buyer experience. By overhauling sync logic, implementing SLAs, and enabling real-time dashboards, Raheel cut lead assignment to 50 seconds and slashed time-to-first-contact from 114 minutes to just 11.
