Previously, he held senior customer leadership roles at Box, UserTesting, Forethought, and eBay, where he built high-impact success teams, developed playbooks that improved adoption, accelerated onboarding, and strengthened cross-functional partnerships with sales and product. Having begun his career in consulting, Ginsburg specializes in building repeatable frameworks that bridge the gap between product innovation and customer value.
