BookIt MCP powers agentic booking for AI-driven GTM. Surface governed scheduling and precise routing as tools, ensuring meetings are assigned by policy, not chance.
Agentic Booking Infrastructure, Not Generic Scheduling
Any tool can put a meeting on a calendar. BookIt MCP puts it on the right one, inside the routing rules your revenue team already runs on.
Meetings route by territory, ownership, and round-robin
Scope comes from Salesforce permission sets, enforced at discovery and execution
Pool ordering and calibration history exposed, not just calendars
Included with LeanData Scheduling at no additional cost
Answer Operational Questions in One Prompt
Meeting logs, availability, pool counts, calibration history. The data behind a scheduling question returns in a query instead of a manual report pull.
Query meeting logs by type, host, status, date, or booking method
Compare booking and cancellation rates by meeting type, host, or week
Live availability preview for any user or pool
Counts and calibrations that maintains fairness and volume-balanced distribution
Fix It in the Same Thread
Diagnosis and resolution stop being two different screens. Route, book, cancel, reschedule, reassign a host, approve a credit from the same AI tool you asked the question in.
Route a prospect and book the meeting
Cancel or reschedule
Reassign a booked meeting to a new owner or time
Approve or deny credit requests
Agent-Native Pool and User Administration
A new rep needs BookIt access, a place in the right round robin pool, and a fair share of leads. When someone leaves, all of it has to come back out. Ask your AI client and it handles both, all in a prompt.
Create, edit, copy, and delete count-based round robin pools
Add and remove members, set weights, apply auto-calibration
Run the full user lifecycle from invite to removal
The BookIt MCP (Model Context Protocol) server lets admins, reps, or AI agents access and act on BookIt workflows through natural language, using AI clients like Claude or ChatGPT, without opening the LeanData UI or Salesforce. Admins can run org-wide diagnostics, check pool health, retrieve booking links, and more. Reps can self-serve personal scheduling workflows.
What AI clients are compatible?
Any MCP-compatible client with a natural language interface. Claude and ChatGPT are common choices, but any compatible client works.
What can admins do with the BookIt MCP?
Show canceled meetings for a pool grouped by cancel reason, identify reps with broken calendar connections, retrieve booking links, generate availability charts and analytics, preview rep availability across pools. Admins can also onboard new BookIt users, and clean up access when someone leaves the team, reassign booked meetings, create and manage pools and pool members, and book meetings through a routing link.
What can reps do?
Retrieve personal booking links, look up upcoming meetings and conference links, reschedule or cancel their own meetings, mark no-shows.
