When users are unavailable to receive new records, you typically have to either assign them anyway or find another user to handle them. Using LeanData’s Hold Until node, you can automatically hold records until the intended recipient becomes available. This prevents time-sensitive records from getting buried under other notifications and ensures users receive their assignments at the right time.
