In this clip, Melanie Schott, Senior Manager of Enterprise Marketing Operations at edX Enterprise, explains why they moved their lead routing process from Salesforce Flows to LeanData. Flows were found to be limiting and not scalable, particularly due to restricted access for non-engineering teams, slow turnaround times for updates via a ticket system, and an inability to support their complex territory model. These limitations led them to adopt LeanData for greater agility and control.
