Summary
The OpsStars 2026 agenda is live: Get all the details about 20+ sessions, a hands-on LeanData Certification day, and a new ticketed format built to bring you the best GTM stories. This is your first look at who’s speaking and what’s on deck.
What You’ll Learn
- How leading RevOps and GTM teams are turning AI pilots into real, working parts of their tech stack
- Practical lessons from practitioners at companies like Autodesk, Atlassian, Korn Ferry, and Uber for Business on what they built, what broke, and what they’d do differently
- Where LeanData’s own product is headed, plus hands-on workshops for building with the AI Inference Node, AI Assistant, and Agentforce
- What’s new at OpsStars 2026: ticketed format, new GTM Leaders track, and the optional Fundamentals Certification day
Mark your calendars: October 5 at The InterContinental San Francisco is when OpsStars comes back, and this time we’ve made some improvements.
For 10 years, OpsStars lived in Dreamforce’s shadow. It was a can’t-miss opportunity for the Ops crowd, but it was never the main event. Now that’s changing. OpsStars 2026 is a standalone conference designed to speak to one community: the RevOps leaders, marketing ops practitioners, and sales ops architects who keep the revenue engine running every day.
This year’s theme, “Power Your AI GTM,” is a statement about what the best GTM teams have already achieved. They’re past treating AI as a nice-to-have and have progressed into making it a fundamental part of their operations. This core message runs through every session on the OpsStars 2026 agenda.
Here’s what’s on deck.

The 2026 agenda spans four tracks, so no matter your seat at the GTM table, there’s a lane for you:
- Customer Spotlight: Hear real stories straight from LeanData customers. This track reflects the work of RevOps, Sales Ops, and Marketing Ops practitioners and directors.
- GTM Reimagined: Examine the biggest questions reshaping the work of revenue teams right now, designed for directors and senior leaders across GTM functions.
- Partner Spotlight: Hear from OpsStars sponsors and partners on what’s next for GTM technology and strategy.
- GTM Leaders: Practical strategy and investment conversations to help VPs, CROs, CMOs, CFOs, and senior directors turn AI pilots into outcomes.
First Up: LeanData Sets the Stage
LeanData CEO Katy Keim will kick off the speaking sessions to share her vision for where the company is headed. Following is Chief Product Officer Amar Doshi, who will walk through what’s coming up next on LeanData’s product roadmap. Expect a candid account of what it takes to build the operational backbone required by AI-powered GTM.
Building AI Fluency Over AI Hype
This year’s agenda maintains a running thread: We’re moving past AI as a buzzword and into AI as a working skill for Ops teams.
Britt Bowman, Founder & Principal Advisor at Britt Bowman LLC, will open that conversation. “Why GTM Transformations Fail Once the Technology is Live” is a session about the difference between deploying new tech and getting an organization to use it well.

Over at Adobe, Jessica Kao, Director of B2B GTM Transformation, addresses the challenge every AI pilot eventually runs into. Once the proof of concept works, how do you make sure it sticks? In “The Future of Ops: Turning AI Pilots into Business Outcomes,” Jessica will highlight the unique opportunity Ops teams have to take the lead on the architecture, governance, and bringing new tech from a business need to reality.
From Bill.com, Heenal Unadkat, Senior Manager of GTM Engineering and Systems, will present “Designing Your GTM Stack for Agents, Not Just Automation.” Find out what has to change when your infrastructure shifts from supporting just automation to supporting autonomous agents.

You can also hear directly from Luke Thornton, Head of Revenue Operations, Strategy & Corporate Development at OpsStars sponsor Informa TechTarget. He’ll make the case for smarter go-to-market with opted-in intent data, which offers more reliable intent signals in a time when many teams are focusing on bringing in a greater volume of signals regardless of their quality.
From there, Michelle Kim (Head of Field Operations, Postman) and Diane Palmer (Sr. Director of Sales Strategy & Operations, PagerDuty) will trade notes on what they’re seeing pay off for their teams versus what is just noise in “Ahead of the Curve: How RevOps Pros Build AI Fluency Today.”
Caroline Saca (Sr. Manager, Global Head of Revenue Technology) and Corine Varga (Global Head of Revenue Enablement), both of Uber for Business, will close out the track with “The Revenue Power Duo: Aligning Revenue Technology and Enablement for the AI Era.” This session offers a look at how they’re keeping revenue tech and enablement in lockstep as AI reshapes both.
Straight From the Customers Doing the Work
If you were to choose just one session track, we might recommend this one. It highlights stories from practitioners walking through exactly what they’ve built, what broke along the way, and what they’ll do differently going forward.
Seth Berman, Head of Growth Marketing at Stripe, will team up with LeanData’s Amar Doshi for “Building the Operational Backbone for AI-Powered GTM,” a hands-on look at what operationalizing AI actually takes. This session will feature practical lessons from scaling AI-powered go-to-market workflows in an enterprise organization. You’ll discover where AI is most useful today. Then you can see what RevOps teams still need to build more reliable revenue motions at scale.
Then in a tale of build vs. buy, Autodesk‘s Robyn Courtney (Principal Product Manager, Marketing Technology) and Nitish Tyagi (Director of Engineering, Salesforce & AI Agent Platform) will explain how they ripped out custom code in favor of a faster enterprise routing setup in “Six Weeks to Six Days: How Autodesk Rebuilt Their GTM Infrastructure for Speed.”
Nicole Peinado, Revenue Technology Manager at Uber for Business, will walk through how her team connected Agentforce to LeanData BookIt. The session will reveal what worked and what took a few rounds to get right. Salesforce‘s David Fromstein and Lindsay Rawitscher will join in to cover other ways teams are putting Agentforce to work.
Sometimes, great results don’t come from a single change or tool. It can take incremental improvements across teams and the standardization of processes like lead management and routing. Jessi White, VP of Marketing Operations at Korn Ferry, will share how her team rebuilt their orchestration engine for speed and removed friction along the way. The impressive result: Speed to lead dropped from more than 30 minutes to just 5. Find out how Korn Ferry prioritized technical and operational improvements and why they’re looking to AI-powered lead qualification next.

Kelly Jo Horton is Head of Lifecycle Marketing Ops at Atlassian. She’ll tackle what happens when lead routing quietly breaks in “Stranger Leads: Escaping the Upside Down of Broken Routing.”
And in “Meet Your Buyers Where They Are,” Weisi Kang (Senior Marketing Operations Manager, Glean), Heidi Olsen (Sales Operations Manager, Carta), and Dave Ginsburg (Chief Customer Officer, LeanData) will dig into scheduling with buyers in the moments when they’re actually paying attention.
LeanData’s Product Team Takes the Stage
LeanData’s own product team will take the stage twice. Isabel Zou will walk attendees through how AI now touches nearly every step of the LeanData motion in “LeanData AI: Accelerating Every Step of Your GTM Motion.” Later, Daniel Kotlyar and team will show exactly where smarter scheduling fits into a bigger AI GTM strategy.
Roll Up Your Sleeves: LeanData Workshops
This year’s agenda makes room for something many practitioners truly need in order to kickstart improvements in their own organizations: a chance to build the thing instead of just hearing about it.
For anyone who wants to leave with something built, not just notes, two sessions are true hands-on workshops this year. Mary Azzopardi and Rob Deutsche will lead a live build using the AI Inference Node and AI Assistant. Then Principal Solutions Engineer Kurt Jurgens will close it out with a workshop on pairing Salesforce’s Agentforce with LeanData.
The Day Closes with the OpsStars Awards
The day wraps up, naturally, with the OpsStars 2026 Awards. Now in its 8th year, the ceremony recognizes the RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and GTM professionals doing the sometimes unglamorous but essential work of building modern revenue engines. These awards are for the people who rebuilt the routing logic at 11pm before a launch. Who got buying groups on board when nobody asked them to. Who cleaned up GTM systems to give their teams reliable data. If you submitted a customer, a colleague, or a project that deserves recognition, this could be their moment to shine.
From there, everyone will head straight into the closing reception. That will be your last chance of the day to catch up with the people you spent it learning alongside.
Every session on this agenda earned its spot. With this many standout organizations and sharp speakers packed into one day, the toughest call on October 5 might just be which room to walk into.
Stay an Extra Day To Get Certified

If you’re new to LeanData (or if you’ve been using it for years but never quite mastered every corner), then October 6 is worth blocking off, too. Kevin Au, LeanData’s Head of Customer Education, is running a full day of live, in-person Fundamentals Certification training. This will take place the day after the main conference on October 6. LeanData users and soon-to-be users will gain a hands-on grasp of the platform’s core tools and features. To join us on day 2, be sure to register for Standard + Certification when registering for OpsStars. If you’re going to be in San Francisco anyway, it’s a hard one to pass up. This is a rare opportunity to do Certification live. You’ll also have direct access to the people who built LeanData and know it best. For anyone bringing a team, the group registration pricing discount extends to cover certification too.
