Why LeanData Earned a 2027 Salesforce Partner of the Year Award for Customer Value

Salesforce

Summary

Salesforce just named LeanData a winner of the 2027 Salesforce Partner of the Year Awards for Customer Value, a recognition earned through consistent, excellent outcomes across LeanData’s customer base. The story behind that win shows what customer value looks like.

What You’ll Learn

  • What the Customer Value category measures and why Salesforce created it
  • How LeanData’s Orchestration, BookIt, and Journeys products work together inside Salesforce
  • The survey results and implementation metrics behind LeanData’s win
  • What consistent outcomes look like across customers like Uber, Zoom, Meltwater, and BambooHR

Salesforce’s Partner of the Year Awards are now in their 14th year, recognizing partners for AI agent implementations, Agentforce success stories, and customer adoption that fuels real business growth. This year’s program spans 14 categories, from Global Partner to Rising Star to System of Agency for Agentforce work, and Salesforce announced the winners last week.

Salesforce’s partner ecosystem, including certified consulting partners and ISVs building on AgentExchange, helps organizations deploy AI and unlock the Agentic Enterprise. LeanData is a prime example of an ISV ecosystem partner helping customers move from proof of concept to adoption, combining deep industry expertise with Salesforce’s AI, data, and CRM platform to scale autonomous agents.

“Partners are at the heart of everything we do at Salesforce. The pace of innovation has never been faster, and global enterprises are turning to our ecosystem to turn technology into real, measurable success, seeking transformation that no single company can drive alone. And the impact is real. From deploying Agentforce to reimagining workflows in Slack to unlocking trusted data with Data 360, partners are at the forefront of redefining how companies operate.” said Andrew Kisslo, Senior Vice President of Global Partner Strategy and Programs, Salesforce.

We’re proud to share that LeanData has been named a winner of the 2027 Salesforce Partner of the Year Award in the Customer Value category.

Inside LeanData’s 2027 Salesforce Partner of the Year Award for Customer Value

The Customer Value category hinges on what happens after a customer signs on with LeanData. How quickly are they able to onboard, and how satisfied are they with that experience? Salesforce’s own description of the category captures exactly what LeanData aims to provide:

Recognizes the ISV with the highest customer satisfaction across their AgentExchange presence, reflecting fast time-to-value, consistent delivery of outcomes, and the kind of trust that drives renewals, expansions, and customer-led advocacy. Winners are the partners customers recommend without being asked.

How LeanData and Salesforce Work Seamlessly Together

LeanData is a native managed package in Salesforce, operating on Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, and Cases. First, our Orchestration solution lets customers match, route, and assign records automatically, so the right rep, agent, queue, or process picks up every lead, account, or case without manual reassignment. Next, our scheduling solution, BookIt, also runs natively inside Salesforce, and a common use case pairs Agentforce agents with BookIt so an agent can qualify a prospect and hand them straight to a booked meeting. Finally, Journeys identifies and maps the full buying committee behind an opportunity, then coordinates outreach across that group instead of one contact at a time.

What Makes the LeanData Customer Experience Award Worthy

In our submission, we cited the results that turn LeanData customers into fans and advocates. In fact, LeanData’s most recent survey of nearly 200 customers returned a Net Promoter Score of 52, well above the B2B SaaS average, with only 6% detractors and 94% saying they would recommend LeanData to a peer.

That experience starts the moment a customer signs with LeanData and meets their implementation team, which prides itself on hands-on work that sets customers up for success at rapid speed. Two things drive that speed:

  • First, LeanData runs as a native managed package inside Salesforce, so teams work with their existing data model from day one instead of standing up a separate integration layer, which skips weeks of scoping
  • Next, every new customer gets a dedicated implementation specialist from LeanData’s Professional Services team, who follows a structured onboarding process with proactive recommendations along the way

As a result, customers go live quickly, and a post implementation survey sent after every implementation yields a 96.97% Professional Services CSAT across all segments. That speed shows up in ROI too: a recent survey of 218 LeanData users found that 60% see a return on investment within 6 months of implementing LeanData, and 81% see one within 9 months.

Consistent, Excellent Outcomes Across the Customer Base

Once teams are live, LeanData makes an impact on their funnel and pipeline immediately. Over the last year, we’ve collected results from customers across speed to lead, conversion, meeting rates, and even win rates, and the pattern holds up account after account:

Customer Name
Uber for Business
Zoom
Veeam
Meltwater
BambooHR
Cornerstone OnDemand
TCP Software
Key Results
68% increase in deal velocity
53% increase in win rates
28% increase in outreach capacity
83% uplift in conversion rates
39% reduction in lead routing time
54% increase in lead-to-opportunity conversion rate
86% increase in pipeline
46% increase in average opportunity size
40% shorter sales cycle
75% faster MQL-to-SQL conversion
90% manual opportunity creation eliminated
Cut MQL time to connect from over 10 days to under 6 minutes
91% meeting held rate with 10 minute SLAs

These results span different industries and use cases, which is exactly the pattern Salesforce looks for in a Customer Value winner.

What This Recognition Means for LeanData and Its Customers

Delivering a superior customer experience is core to LeanData’s company values and philosophy, including one named value called Champion Customers: “Our customers’ success is what drives us. We treat their goals like our own. We don’t wait for them to ask. Service is a given. Championing them is the job. When they win, we win.”

Ask anyone on this team what they are accountable for and they will not describe their job. They will describe their customer’s results. Not the effort. The outcome. They sweat the small requests, build the programs that take months, and take on the problems they did not create. They move the dial on ordinary Tuesdays. No one sees it until the numbers do. Customer Success attracts a company’s hardest working, most talented, and least credit seeking people. This team set a new bar. I am proud it got noticed.

Looking forward, we’re excited to celebrate this recognition with our customers at OpsStars 2026, LeanData’s standalone conference running October 5 and 6 in San Francisco. The event brings together the same go-to-market community whose results carried this award, all in one place.

What is the 2027 Salesforce Partner of the Year Award for Customer Value?

Customer Value is one of 14 categories in Salesforce’s redesigned 2027 Partner of the Year Awards. Specifically, it recognizes the ISV partner with the highest customer satisfaction across its AgentExchange presence, judged on outcomes, retention, and expansion rather than sales volume.

How does LeanData work with Salesforce Agentforce?

LeanData sits alongside Agentforce so the two can hand off work to each other. Agentforce can qualify a prospect, and LeanData then matches that signal to the right account and books the next step through BookIt automatically.

What makes LeanData different from building lead routing rules directly in Salesforce?

Native Salesforce rules can route records, but LeanData adds a dedicated interface for building and maintaining that logic, along with reporting on how it performs over time. That visibility is part of what drove the survey results behind this award.
